The camera is carefully tuned to deliver detailed HD images during daylight and full details under low-light or no-light conditions with the integrated IR illuminator. The intelligent IR illuminator automatically adjusts the IR intensity according to zoom and field of view to ensure that the scene is illuminated uniformly. When connected using Bosch transcoder technology, the AUTODOME IP 5000 IR can stream through a low-bandwidth connection with fullscene awareness and is accessible through mobile devices such as smart phones. The camera also features the innovative Intelligent Digital Noise Reduction (IDNR) algorithm, which reduces the video bit rate up to 50% less than any other HD PTZ dome camera. The new AUTODOME IP 5000 and 5000 IR have a three-step installation process that allows a single person to assemble the complete PTZ camera, potentially saving up to five minutes per camera installation compared to the installation of a conventional PTZ camera.
